"Worst! They deliver my parcel from UAE to UK to a wrong address and person! Almost a monthh ago now and still they havent got any solution for it. They keep saying “ill update you”… i got all valuables in there that i needed during that time but since i havent got it, i was forced to buy stuff . Instead of saving my money, it got wasted coz i had to buy stuff that are in the box which i xpected that dint come!.. and they’re so confident at first that it was delivered to correct address even though they got it wrong. They they acknowledge the mistake later but did not get any solution yet until now. So imagine all of ur things to be with a wrong person for almost a month now and they havent retrieved it yet! Horrible experience!!!!! Be aware of this company! Think first before going thru them. I just recently checked their google reviews and found lots of people going thru same issue!!! Be CAREFUL of this CARGO COMPany!"

"With humble request please do not send your cargo through them.I would have given a zero rating if I could. We had send cargo to UK and most of our items were broken. Not packed with bubble wrap even for the fragile items. If you want to ensure proper protection please try with another cargo group."
