"Me and my girlfriend stayed here last night, we payed £250 to essentially poo in a litter box. As the toilet is waterless, the whole room ended up stinking the entire night, we tried to use the outdoor bath to which the boiler wasn't working properly so we didn't have any hot water for it (even after following the hosts instructions for the controller). The provided slippers were also unclean. Overall we are both very disappointed with this stay as it had good potential although this was ruined. Pictures attached."

"My wife and I had a spectacular experience in Scotland! We were fortunate enough to spend some time with Douglas and Sabrina at Finglen House. If ever there was more beautiful home, inside AND out, I don’t know where it would be. Douglas and Sabrina went over and above the call of duty for my husband and I during our stay. Obviously they enjoy their work! I would recommend this B&B to anybody!"
"Amazing family. Douglas took me in after I had a nightmare day walking.had no room but let me camp in back garden.gave me dinner and breakfast and let me take a shower. Family were all lovely and made me feel so welcome. Would love to come bk. Also wish I could add more stars because this family are so nice."
"A wonderful friendly welcome in a fascinating home filled with antiques and paintings. Set in acres of beautiful gardens leading to Scottish wilderness, only a half hour drive from central Glasgow. We stopped on the way up to the highlands and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Delicious jams and home cooked Scottish breakfast too!"
