"we send 2 parcels to london with 5 days guarantee but never arrived . they were parcels for EID. parcels were in pakistan for 6 days . then shipped to Dubai stayed there for another week. and after 3rd week one parcel arrived and one is still in transit. cost me £110 each but extremely bad service. the people in uk are not bother. they gave me ups tracking number to contact . well I gave my parcel to TCS with double money guarantee 5 days delivey,not to UPS. think twice before handing over your parcels. I will try to find it out that where can i complain."
