"I understand and fully support local business that is why I continue to be a customer of your practice. But in these present difficult economic times I feel the total bill was excessive. My father was a breeder of working dogs and would have removed these troublesome claws himself thereby I think £371 excessive. But I could not perform such a task and pass that responsibility on.
