"Very quick to arrive, and driver was really knowledgeable of the area so got to my destination promptly. However, I appreciate that it was busy but to charge DOUBLE fare is a bit ridiculous. Driver said the fair would be double and wouldn't come to more than 25 quid, closer to 20. The total was just short of £30, which might not seem like much but they shouldn't quote a maximum price to then charge 125% of that quote. And to charge double fare. I'd recommend them but not when they charge twice as much."

"I was waiting a long while for a taxi. As soon as it came, a group of women who arrived at least 10/15 minutes after me rushed in front and started piling into the taxi. I said 'I was here first and I've waited for a long time'. All I got from the woman sitting in the front seat was a sarcastic 'oops sorry', which was pathetic. The driver did nothing. I wish I told the useless driver and those classless women to go do themselves. It is not fair to push in front of someone and it is also not fair for the driver to allow it. Awful service! Also, I have been asked to pay for a ride before the car has even moved before. I know this is not normal and I don't know if I have been perceived as not being able to pay for a taxi service."

"Taxi rank always seem to know when the trains arrive and there are always LOADS of them. They can be quite aggressive towards other drivers especially in parking spots etc so watch out. Probably a bit more pricey than the others (calling a cab) but otherwise v convenient."

"A great place to spot white cars taking people from the train station to only knows where. When the cars come back the people have gone. It freaks me out. If you like diesel fumes then head to this location on a cold late Friday night where the white car number has increased to the opposite side of the road near Sainsbury’s. All cars will have their engines running as men watch tv shows on their phones and tablets. Even at this time people will get into these cars to be taken away and not returned."
