"Horrible vets only interested in the money, no compassion for the animals whatsoever, Took my wee dog in as she wasn't well, charged me £295 told me to bring her back in the morning, knowing she was in a lot of pain, I took her home and the pain and stress she was in all night was heartbreaking to watch, back in the morning and she had to be Euthanized, please find another vets"

"Disgusting vet, countless charges for "consulting" even though they tell you to bring the animals back to "check up" they start something, don't see it through but charge you for every visit and every "try" and then say "you know it's biology it's not easy" after 2 years the dogs worse. Charged a fortune and no resolution. Absolutely disgusting. Don't bring your pets here. They left my dog with an open wound which got infected Haven't had one thing fixed and more things are compounded from their "tries". I've had a lot of bills though. They'll charge you a consultantation fee, tell you to come back and see how he's doing, charge you another consultion fee even though it's the same unresolved issue and they asked you to come back. Time after time. New consultantation fees and for what.? To look at him for 5 mins and tell you to bring him back after to just rinse people. Time after time for years. Took us for Muggs. These people are money making rats."

"My dog will be moving from this vets as soon after today. Nothing more than a money hungry establishment. That could have cost my dog her life. If management want to contact me my details will be on my formal complaint that's in the post. As the people I spoke to today didn't give two monkeys."

"Really depends which vet you get. One is the loveliest person ever with very good customer care. The other is so ignorant, rude and downright arrogant. The vet practice themselves are very much 'mo money'. I understand it's a business but I feel its every opportunity to get more money out of you. I would leave and go elsewhere if there were any other local vets with vacancies."
