"Booked a taxi with this company collecting 6 people (3 different houses but same village) for a christmas do. Never in my life have i been asked or expected to pay up front for the return trip, we're all over 50, having a Christmas do at a venue in the middle of nowhere, to be asked to pay up front is unacceptable, you get paid once you've done the job not before. Also had to pay extra £10 to add 2 pick ups 800 metres apart for both journeys (+£20 on the night), utterly appalling, it involved a 2 minute drive between drop offs. Driver moaned the job was "nothing but trouble" from the beginning, you guys need to get your act together, will never ever use you again, probably wont make a difference losing 1 customer although there was 3 couples in the taxi. Glad you can treat customers like this in today's climate."

"Called to book a cab and told them the destination I wanted to get to, they sent 2 texts giving me details of 2 different cars and a completely different cab turned up, the driver took me to the wrong destination and tried to tell me it was the offices fault, he called them and had them on speaker and the person at the office spoke about me as if I was stupid not realising I was listening and quickly changed their tune when I called out to correct them! To top it off I was charged double what I expected to pay, will definitely never use again"

"Awful service, pre-booked a return trip with local pick ups and quoted £60 each way. Driver demanded £75 on the night as he said that he had not been told about the pick ups (literally 5 mins apart). His meter on his phone said £35 at the end of each journey. On return trip the driver was flashing a slower car in front, we were travelling 35 in a 40. It was midnight and -5 degrees. Will not be using Apollo ever again."

"Said they would pick me up at 2.45 then it was 3 o clock then 3.10 but arrived at 3.20. Late for doctors appointment and turned away without treatment and taxi charges me £60. Even though they had just made me late. My advice is if you have a important appointment then call someone else."

"I believe they have recently acquired this minicab business. All I can say is, they are punctual, courteous, fair price with no hidden extras.safe driving, no rushing arrived at my destination as agreed. I am happy with their service. Although it was a early 6:00am call, there is no unsocialable hour charge. The price you pay is the price they quoted."
