"Customer service terrible, waiting in the queue to get to the till to be served and being told by customers I'll be ignored and have to wait till I get to collection for prescriptions. An employee see this conversation and randomly shouts queue is for everything. Most times in this chemist someone always seems to feel let down. I had to leave as nobody would attempt to serve. As soon as there is more than 5 or so customers in this massive chemist theres a panic! Unacceptable, shouldn't be getting ignored especially with the multitude of employees in this chemists."

"Excellent quick service during these times of Covid-19. Every time I have been to collect a prescription they seem to be very busy but manage to keep the waiting time to a minimum. I sure the pharmacy is working overtime to achieve this. Keep up the good work!"
