"This is an unprofessional company. The whole time their drivers moan during the journey about how cheap the fare is and then they demand more money for waiting when in fact they were the ones that were delayed. It is better to stick to Free Now where the price is fixed and you are protected. Do yourself a favour, pay more and don't use this company."

"DISCUSTING SERVICE! ZERO STARS. Unreliable. Don't take care of customers. Bad attitude when things go wrong. Won't take any responsibility. Drivers are suppose to plan their routes to pick up customers at arranged time. Pick up from Heathrow Airport, driver says they'll be 15 minutes late - turned up 45 minutes late. Rang management, they dont want to know about it. Hung up the phone. Been using these guys for many years but loyalty amounts to nothing. Easily resolvable by offering a discount on the price, but no. I could have cancelled the taxi as soon as it arrived at the airport thinking something could be worked out. Avoid at all costs. Will be telling all my family and friends who i used to recommend these guys to avoid."
"JANATA CARS IS THE WORST CAB SERVICE EVER!!!! Worst cab service. Very unprofessional, rude and arrogant!! They charge you one price over the phone and then charge extra at drop off. They also send their drivers to the airport earlier than the flight landing times PURPOSELY so that they can charge for extra waiting time even though they have been provided with the updated flight details. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!"
"When I called to book a cab, behavior is so rude. Being customer you can call more than 5 times if you need. If they are not happy about it you can explain it in a good way. The guy on the phone was so rude and ask me not to call again!!! I will highly recommend not to call them for cab service.."
