"We booked a taxi around 2300/30, from Crockenhill to Locksbottom as my family and myself got in the driver said “ hurry up I’ve got another job” he then took off well over the speed down the country lanes. I asked him twice the second time being more assertive to slow, He didn’t seem to care for anyone’s personal safety, We got to Orpington main High Street and on approach to around-about he didn’t slow down or stop and nearly got took out by a double-decker bus. Asking for the third time to consider the way he was driving and to slow down he just replied I know what I’m doing, A little further on in the journey travelling up Crofton Road again approaching a zebra crossing four individuals tried across and he just went straight through them narrowly missing them. This driver, questionable whether he has passed his test or not and have any form of insurance, as he didn’t seem to care. We call the office to complain and advised them that this driver needed to be taken off the road, we where asked to call their office and speak to Alan, which we will be doing."
"Not very good speeding doing 60mph in a 30mph and 80mph in a 40mph scared my wife big time never will I be using them again driver was very rude and would not slow down when asked to almost crashed twice due to the driver speeding down the country lanes really bad would not recommend using this taxi firm ever again so if you want to get home safe do not use"
