"I ordered a cab to go to our works Christmas party. It said on their app that there was a 15 minute wait time, which was okay as I didn't need it for 40 minutes. Just before it was due, I stood on my doorstep to save the driver waiting but after a few minutes of freezing, I called to see roughly how long it would be til it arrived. The guy answering the phone, was so rude, unprofessional, and totally didn't give a s#it! He couldn't tell me how long it'd be, or even if it would turn up at all, just kept telling me how they had no drivers. When I said that I'd given them plenty of time when ordering it on the app, he said that the Internet didn't know that they had no drivers! Just so sarcastic and rude. Usually they are quite good, probably 4 stars, but on this occasion they were terrible! Bah humbug!!!!!!"

"Wouldn’t pick me up at same place they picked me up from the week before, tried to tell me he would get a ticket (was a bank holiday Monday) plus past the time the permits run. Lucky they got 1 star"
"I prebooked from east London to Heathrow t5 the day before. We agree a price and when he turned up he added £10 more I wasn’t happy so he refused to take me. The next driver then took 30 mins to arrive and was rude. There is no communication between the office and the drivers. The first driver said he doesn’t know why he was sent as he often refuses airport trips he’s refused 5 this week alone and didn’t want to do the job unless it was worth his while hence why he tried to overcharge me. I won’t be using this service again. This wasn’t the first bad experience with them"
