"Cab turned up half an hour late. Not ideal when you book a cab for the time that you need it for. The woman at reception didn't seem to care and made the situation much worse by trying to make excuses and not apologising. Driver was nice and tried his best to pick the best routes to get us there as quick as possible, but we were still late."

"Have used Abba for 2.5 years for both my own trips and when family visit. Usually the service is fine. This evening I had a cab booked to pick up from Heathrow at 8.30pm. Having heard nothing other than a your cab has been despatched text by 8.37 I called the office. I was told cab was 15 minutes away and that the driver would call me to tell us where to meet him. I called again about 20 minutes later and was told the driver is parking and he would call me. Driver calls and says he's 15/20 minutes away due to traffic. I told him to cancel and called the office who denied she said he was parking and that they have all calls recorded. Told her to send me the recording. Rude operators and not the first time. Last time I'll use these guys!"

"Have been left without a taxi twice now at Heathrow airport, this is not acceptable after a twelve hour flight. On the most recent occasion I spoke to the driver on the phone who said he would be at least another hour so I told him not to bother and booked got alternative transport via a well known app instead* I travel to China at at least 4 times a year and will be taking all my business elsewhere in the future *edited the name out as I noticed the owner accused another reviewer of promoting an alternative service via Google reviews, but in all honesty that person's experience is very similar to my own. For reference my taxi was booked for 1630 on Thursday 29th from Heathrow T2, I don't understand why, when it was obvious that the driver wouldn't make the pick up, another car was not despatched? Also, why did I receive a text to say my taxi had arrived when it was going to be another hour minimum? Clearly just a generic text set to ping out at the time booked regardless of whether the taxi had arrived or not!"
