"AVOID! Ordered a taxi for early morning, the driver didn't show up. Called few times - no answer. As I live very close to their shack (also called "office") I walked up there and called again - I could hear the phone ringing inside and someone getting up and switching it off. Lazy baggers were sleeping and didn't want to get up...I was lucky to catch a night bus, otherwise I would've missed my flight because of them"

"Tried to order a pickup from Luton and I should have known that this was going to be a disaster at that point because the operator did not ask for a flight number so they could check if our flight was delayed. Our flight was late leaving and I called before take off to tell them that we were delayed and I was told we had no booking. Was then told that we were rebooked but when we landed there was no taxi. Called them to find out where they were and were told they had lost the booking. In short this company does not know what it is doing and can't even get the basics of taking a booking right."
