"Driver called to say that he had arrived, I told him I would be there in 3 minutes as my train was slightly delayed so he then asked if I could meet him at the taxi office. I asked him where the taxi office was and he hung up, a few minutes later I get a text message saying that my taxi had been 'successfully cancelled' as if I had made the request to cancel it. Taxi driver was also very rude on the phone. Wouldn't recommend using this taxi service."
