"Worst taxi form ever. Booked taxi to airport for early morning flight. No one showed so I called up only to be told they had the wrong date. This despite me having conformation text with the correct time and date. They kept saying they would call another driver and get back to me. Three times I called and they never once called back. Don’t use this form if you need to get somewhere on time."
