"Abusive Driver! Avoid. Booked a drop - off to Heathrow Terminal 3 today. When paying the driver he wanted to charge more than what we have on the booking and got invoiced for! Gave us a lame reason to support his lie but I showed him the booking to clarify that the reason he is giving is already covered under the booking. He knew that his lie is in front of us both!! Then, instead of being sorry for the lie he got abusive and started rolling his head in a condescending manner?? If it was a genuine misunderstanding then on having the clarification one would feel sorry but the guy himself proved the opposite was true. The worst is no remorse after that but this attitude!"
