"Disgusting service! Was told 15 mins for a cab waiting 50 mins and every time I call they keep sayin 2-3 mins over an hour later still no cab or no call! AWFUL DO NOT USE!"

"This company took incompetence and rudeness to a new level. I booked several cabs a month in advance for a hen do - none of which showed up on the night. It's quite unbelievable as I had email confirmation AND even received a phone call the night before to confirm the booking (to add instead of calling me at an reasonable hour they called at 21:45). When I rang them to ask where the cabs were they said they had no record of the booking, then hung up on me! When I tried to call back it would ring once and go to Voicemail - this happened about 5 times in a row. When I tried calling with my number disguised they answered... I think understandably I was peeved at this point and demanded to know why they can't find my booking, was hung up on and further ignored. The receptionist then called me a "stupid little girl" and said he refuses to help me (most likely because they released my cabs). Unless you like sexist and incompetent customer service don't use this lot; they let me down at a critical time without apology."
