"They provide excellent service throughout. Booking was very easy. Had to wait a while at the airport for the car to arrive but our flight was delayed so could be to do with that. Very chatty professional driver Return journey was easy too Taxi in Tooting, on time and lovely driver. Highly recommended."
"First and last time l use this company. Driver gets lost calls me for directions when l didn't know where he was. Then complains to me when l told him l couldn't help him as l couldn't see where he was and he couldn't tell me! Arrives at my location refuses to put my suitcase in the car without my help. But doesn't explain politely that he has back pain and started to raise his voice at me in annoyance. When l called and booked at the office staff was being very expressive about the chaos of the phones in the call room and management. (Not professional) Sadly after all the good reviews l saw lm HUGELY DISSATISFIED"
