"If I could give 0 stars, I would. Pre-booked a pick up from the airport and knowing my flight time, they sent me a Whatsapp (not even a call) as I was about to take off, telling me their booking system had 'made a mistake' and my fare would be 50% higher. Funnily, they had said the same thing to me about 7 months earlier - still not fixed the booking system? Luckily, I had not yet taken off. They were very argumentative and blamed ME for not calling them before I took off. I asked them to cancel the booking and they continued to harass me on Whatsapp. Incredibly distressing and awful service."

"Unprofessional service. Driver arrived to the airport 35 mins before the original booking time and called us constantly on the plane, in immigration and baggage reclaim. We were delayed due to poor staffing levels in Heathrow airport. He tried to charge us from his arrival time and not booking time. It was difficult to find him. He only gave us his registration when we asked for it. The original booking price was £55 +£5 airport fee. We paid £85. We received a receipt saying we paid only £74. Perhaps he is defrauding the company by claiming he has charged lower amounts. Avoid this company!!!"

"Very poor service. The driver did not collect us at the airport and made us look for him in the car park, then made us go to the machine to pay the car park charge. Charged us another £11 on top for waiting time. We paid close to £100 for a 40 mins journey (original quote was £67). We were traveling with two young kids and he drove way over the speed limit. Very dangerous and erratic driving, we will not use this company again."

"This is not a trustworthy company, the service is poor, they will put your life in danger and overcharge you. We had booked a pick up from Heathrow, the driver did not greet us at the airport and instead we had to look for him through the car park, dragging our luggages with two young children. I got asked to pay for the car park before exiting the airport. He drove erratically, above the speed limit for much of the journey and overtaking cars on 20 miles zones. We also got charged £20 above the agreed quote. I will never use this company again as their drivers are reckless and the business is amateurish and overall not trustworthy."

"I needed to book a car from St Pancras to Ladywell because I had two big suitcases and couldn't go by train. None of the usual suspects (Uber, Addison's, etc.) would take a reservation. Comfort did, they were very communicative and on time. Driver was polite and did a great job. Would definitely use again."
