"If I could give this service minus stars, I would. We always use Uber but they were having an insane surcharge, we wanted to try a local taxi company instead. We called to book a taxi, they agreed and said 5 minutes until pick up. It would cost double the amount it should but still less than uber’s Surcharge. 15 mins go by, I get a message to say the driver has arrived. No where to be seen. He calls, says ‘hang on a second’ then hangs up. I call him back he says ‘hang on a second’ and hangs up. I call again, no answer. This goes on for about 15 minutes as we stand in the cold. I call station cars, no answer. Countless times. They didn’t turn up. We ended up trying Uber again and the surcharge was dropped to normal so had an Uber in 3 minutes. Why any local taxis have the audacity to have a go at Uber is beyond me... I have an idea, try and run a decent, reliable taxi firm and decent rates, and see what happens. Until then, go away."

Station Cars made the plans simple to set up and we met at the named time before our inn. What an eminent interaction over the following 4 hours!
