"Awful - this firm are con artists, you must avoid! They quoted be £25 for a journey, then inexplicably changed that to £30 at end of journey as well as adding on an additional £7 for waiting time because they had turned up early! Far more seriously the driver refused to wear a face covering in breach of law. Do not book any driver from this company,"

"Not worth bothering with if you need to transport pets. When booking, my wife and I have always made it clear that we will be transporting two cats in carry cases as we are going to and from the vets. Each time, the driver will act surprised when he sees the animals, demand they go into the boot, and will threaten to drive off when you refuse."

"We planned to get a taxi to dinner and a taxi back. We phoned up and got a quote of £6 and the cab charged us £6, all was good. On the way back he charged £8 and when I said it was £6 on the way up he then changed his price to £7. I don't get why they're making up their own prices. Bad experience."

"Had a terrible experience with this company getting an airport pick-up. They quoted one price and then on top of the parking (which I'm more than happy paying), the driver charged an additional bogus charge because he had to wait half an hour. It's unfortunate because I've had a good experience in the past but this is the last time I'll use them: I don't take well to lying."
