"Horrible service!! Booked a taxi for a resident at my work.. the first time I called they refused to book since it wasn’t for another 3 days after. Called the next day, the man agreed to book give all the details address post code EVERYTHING!! All confirmed.. the day of the appointment they never came and they told my manager they didn’t had anything booked ! Rude employees, that put me in a bad situation and made someone miss a gp appointment! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!"

"Appaulling service, very abusive staff. They will threaten you with that you have done something bad to their drivers and because you are cash customer, you cannot do anything to them. I was in there cab with my 3 year old and the racist, abusive driver kept saying things in his language, but of course no one believes you because you got no proof. Don't use it."
