"As a regular user of NVCARS I would point that they have a full standard licence which anyone can check under their licence number 68590106. They pride themselves on being able to communicate with ALL clientele in order to deliver a service which they expect. If anyone has any reasonable legitimate complaint on the service ,they welcome such feedback so that such complaints are dealt with quickly and efficiently in order to give customer satisfaction, I would not hesitate in recommending NVCARS to anyone thinking of using a mini cab service."
"Really dissappointed with this so called mini cab firm. firstly i rang 4 times to no avail just an answerphone message which gives me no confidence that this is a 24 hour service. Secondly i have found out by a reputable company that this is a small operator and they are only allowed 2 cars maximum on their books. but they claim they have 50 cars and last but not least when i did manage to get through the gentleman on the phone was rude, unhelpful and did not seem to have any concept of the english language."
