"Never used before so enquired about a lift to the airport. Very rude man on the phone who proceeded to give me incorrect information, raised his voice and argued with me out of nowhere before even listening to what I was trying to ask and then rudely hung up! Ive never had such terrible customer service. Would never reccomend."

"If you are looking for a cab anywhere in London please avoid this place at all costs. My friend almost missed his early morning flight because of a total lack of incompetence. I'm still chasing a refund that the owner of the company has so far failed to provide me."

"Absolutely terrible, I was local to the office informed a 15 minute wait, called 30 minutes later and told cab 10 to 12 minutes away, controller told me to wait then hung up before I could say more. A text informing me of car and driver came, I called the driver got no response and the voicemail kicked in. An hour had passed by and called the office again and was told the driver reported he called me several times and I did not respond!!! Controller informed that I had my phone in my hand the whole time and their are no missed calls, the offer of him sending another car was refused when it appeared I would have another long wait"

"I booked a Liberty cab online less than 24 hours before my scheduled ride. I was wary because of the bad reviews and the fact that I didn’t receive a confirmation email or text, but the next day, 15 minutes before my ride, I got a text message informing me my ride has been dispatched. The driver was very professional and nice and it was a great experience! Will be using them again soon."
