"After using them a couple of times and giving them a chance when they cancelled once, I decided to give them a go since they are local and a small company. Terrible mistake they cancelled last minute stating that I didn’t provide the flight number and claiming that they called multiple times when they could have easily sent an email. I even received an email on the day confirming the booking as well. Very unreliable and unprofessional"
"I will not use this firm again. One patronising, rude despatcher destroyed years of goodwill in one phone call. But they have become too unreliable, taking bookings and not honouring them and treating customers with contempt."
"Absolutely appalling, not for the first time they have left a 90+ year old stranded, car booked well in advance due to train strike but no sign of the car, when queried the answer was "oh we're busy because of the train strike" but no other help/ assistance given. this has happened on numerous occasions and is getting worse. whilst the individual drivers are excellent, the cars clean and well maintained, it is almost impossible to rely on this service anymore. a great shame as it was once such a good company."
