"Liars I booked an airport transfer with this company via their website two days in advance, given the rail strikes occurring on the day of travel and received a confirmation email with the time, address details and price. I had to enter my card details to make the booking. When the car did not arrive after 7 minutes I called the company. The operator asked me to hold and I was cut off. I called back and was asked to hold while they contacted the driver. I called back and was told he was 5 minutes away. By this time it was almost half an hour late. No car arrived and I called again, with my husband demanding to know what was going on. They then tried to tell me the booking was for a different time. Again we were cut off and had to call back, repeating the booking reference and our details each time. One hour and ten minutes after the confirmed booking time, still no car arrived. No apology was received and I have missed my flight as a result."
