"This is not a legit business. Our car was an hour late and we kept getting calls from them saying car is on the way and then ultimately the driver rang to tell me he didn’t really fancy going to my destination because it was too far! What a joke!"

"Waited for nearly a hour for taxi no idea what was taking the driver so long to get to me when I called for the taxi I was told it would be 20 - 30 mins after 30 minutes I called the company to ask how long it would be and the operator said 10 more mins then after 10 more mins the driver still doesn't arrive then I call back again to ask how long the driver will be as I was starting to get really really annoyed at how long the driver was taking and I continued waiting and the driver still doesn't arrive so I wouldn't dream of using them again I would rather use a taxi company who will get a taxi to someone within the amount of time the customer is told it will be"

"Prebooked a car day befor for a 1am pickup. The car eventually arrived 50min late after multiple calls and multiple lies told about driver eta. I will never use this car service or its affiliates again complete disgrace of a service"

"DO NOT USE!!! terrible! Booked 2 days in advance for a 13:10 Sunday pick up to Gatwick. Eventually arrived at 13:45. I called 3 times to chase them. Had not finished pervious trip. No sorry. No apology. Driver coughed and spluttered the whole way. Drove way below the speed limit."

"Absolutely horrible. Ordered a taxi the night before to go to the airport, paid and all seemed okay. Came to the time the taxi was arrive that I had to call the company and ask where the taxi was to be told that the guy had an 'emergency' so they can't get me another taxi until 40m later. Would have missed the flight. Definitely would NOT RECOMMEND this taxi firm. They didn't even bother to call another taxi driver, or to offer a refund. Called another taxi firm who got to me within 5 minutes."
