"We ordered a taxi for 3.30am to the airport. By 3.45 no taxi had arrived and no phone call. So we ordered an Uber. AV cars then phoned, asking where we were. The guy on the phone was then very rude when we told him they were late and didn’t contact us so we had had to call an Uber. Also they quoted £15 more than the Uber cost. I would not recommend."

"Got off the train at Shepperton, crossed the road and directly opposite is this taxi firm. Friendly operator had a car ready for me in 5 minutes. Nice car and the driver knew exactly where to go (which was good because I do not know the area). The nice operator explained that they are new and very nicely asked for a review - request granted - keep up the good work"
