"If you're looking for an on-demand ride at night, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. Not 24 hours as advertised. Simple scenario, I arrived at Eastcote station at 22:56 and I needed a cab home. Popped into this place hoping for a ride. Pressed the call button once, it rang out. Pressed it again, a man eventually picked up. He told me it would be 10-15 minutes for a taxi, to which I said "that's fine I can wait". After 20+ minutes of waiting, I pressed the buzzer again and asked him if the taxi was still coming - he said "wait a minute" and hung up. Another 10 minutes passed with no response. I gave up at around 23:40 and waited outside for someone to pick me up. The place itself is seriously worn down with a huge hole in the wall behind the glass, and there was nobody actually attending the desk. Fortunately there was one seat to wait on and some working CCTV."

"Landed at Heathrow and called ACC whilst still on aircraft to see if they could help with a pick up at very short notice for 8 people and 8 suitcases on a Sunday evening! They did not disappoint, excellent service, kept in constant contact with me. 2 drivers arrived at the same time within 1 hour of us landing, helped with our luggage, they were welcoming and polite. Would highly recommend and very good value. We were let down by another car service company locally which we had pre booked hence the last minute. Thank you ACC."
