"Poor quality, poor value, not professional and not responsive. Sad to have to give this place a bad review but they really are terrible. The service is the worst. They have taken payment £750, and now its 4 months and our case its not finished. The haven't respond or return our calls. Such a poor standard of service and zero communication, which is delaying our remortgage and is costing us money every month. I am really disappointed and I think its very unfair that they can operate like this, do not seem to try to improve their services or even communicate as a basic level. This place should be avoided, they are just so poor."

"The experience with Crown Law representing us in a tenancy / landlord dispute has been far from satisfactory. We had initial positive exchanges up until the point where money was transferred to their client account and contracts agreed. From there our representative went AWOL, we were left to navigate the situation without the legal support we paid for. We were then sent an email 6 weeks later by someone else at Crown explaining if we could give the facts of our case again as they would now be supporting it. When I explained it was too late and we’d want our money back, they charged us for the emails that had been sent to them even though no works had been done by them- turns out we were sending emails to someone who had left the company. The complaints procedure was equally slow, they were late in completing our SAR - overall not a firm I would ever recommend."
