"Absolutely rubbish place to visit, went to to return a jacket at LIVINGSTON branch, but refused to take it back, staff didn’t know how to smile, seems like someone put them to work by force. Under consumer act 2015, if an item is faulty customer is entitled to return. Spent 1000s with them but no more. Visit date 20/1/23 at 6:45, only one staff on counter a lady in her 60s, also the manager, a young lady, who didn’t want to listen. Do not recommend. Seeking legal action."

"Opening times??? The store itself is nice, we love it but the opening times on google never seem to be accurate… that already happened so many times. Just coming out now at 8:00 although it said they would close at 9:00 and we were not the only customers! Please do something about that. We kind of plan our shopping route around the opening times …"
