"Shocking service. We were recommended by our estate agent to use this company. Obviously I am doing this whole process on my own and I require some assistance from my sibling in joining on a conference call to ensure I always have an extra pair of ears so that I do not fall into any cracks. I was informed by Sharon a certain process was able to be followed. When we rang back to re-confirm this, we were informed they would need to check with Mala Singh just to be 100% sure, even though they have been through a similar process before. We appreciated their help and waited for their follow up call which they confirmed to us. We later get an email saying the required process could not be done.
