"I am currently using Alexander JLO to complete a shared ownership purchase. Initially I found their communications to be quite good, despite little personal touch or discussion on the telephone. However as the deal has progressed I have found they have been slow to respond to emails, sometimes taking a few days. When trying to speak to an individual looking after your case this is not possible, so you have to communicate through a receptionist. I have completed all documents, sent my deposit, and my housing association Peabody (who have been really good) are also chasing them to reduce the wait to exchange of contracts as myself and the housing association have completed all the relevant documents. I was advised to use them due to their experience in the property I am purchasing and shared ownership, but unfortunately I have still encountered delays, and not the best communication."
