"Thoroughly disappointed and frankly disgusted with the lack of service offered. This company is CURRENTLY featured with Groupon, upon calling the salon you are told that the voucher shouldn't be on there "ah it's a nightmare basically we can't fit everyone in so we told Groupon to take it down, you need to contact Groupon to refund your payment". What bright spark didn't factor in to the equation that using Groupon would increase your business turnover! Not to worry though, with attitudes like the one I just encountered, the salon should be empty in no time!"
