"I got in touch with IMD solicitors as needed their services. Immediately received an email from Mr Karol Prokopczuk with the costs and details of payment. I replied saying I was happy with these and asked at what date could he book my appointment. Never heard back, emailed again a few weeks later asking for a reply. Never heard back. Extremely unsatisfied with the customer service skills or rather lack of any. Not to even bother to reply to potential customer shows how much they really care about them."
