"I booked an appointment one month in advance with Xcellent Nails and Beauty in preparation for my graduation. 9am on 2nd November 2021 for my graduation the next day. I only had a few hours to get them done as I had work at midday. Upon arrival at the salon at 9am it was not open, however I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited. At 9:15 I called their phone number, however there was no answer. I waited until 9:30 and still no one arrived to open the salon. I was so cold stood outside and very aware of the limited time I had I decided to seek out another salon. Diva nails just around the corner were open ON TIME and immediately started doing my nails. They were amazing and even finished the treatment with a warm towel on my hands which was very much needed after waiting so long in the cold. Xcellent nails do not provide a hot towel at the end of their treatments. I will be going to Diva nails or literally any other salon in future and so should you. They knew it was for my graduation and really let me down. If you can’t open on time don’t book appointments!!!!"

"Excellent service here. I've been to a few nail salons to have my acrylic nails done and this is by far the best one I've been to. They took their time to ensure that my nails were perfect (approx 1hour for gel infills) and the staff were really accomodating. I asked for a marble nail design and although they were unsure how to do it they took time to work it out to give me the design I asked for. They also have a loyalty system in place where it you have 5 treatments/services done you get 20% off your next one. Which is perfect for students."
