"Wish I could give them a -1. Not only was my property purchase a nightmare, they were extremely rude when I reached out to them after 2 years to request indemnity documents that they didn't send. Just got off the phone to them and person who handled my case, who also happens to be one of the owner, wouldn't stop talking over me and wouldn't listen. They got my details wrong the first time and wouldn't return my calls at the time of purchase. The owner thinks a number of years of experience entitles him to be rude and arrogant. Stay clear, there are better solicitors out there. I wish I hadn't listened to my Property agent at the time who had recommended Vroobel Kaye solicitors. They admitted their mistake and sent the outstanding papers from the transaction almost 2 years later."

"i would not use them again 1. wrote my name on the contract wrong 2. hardly updating me unless i chase them 3. i had to pay the seller solicitor around £100 DO NOT KNOW WHY , hey told me when i went to sign the contract . 4. i had to chase a few searches myself like local search Oh , reception has no computer that is why they hardly send email my be !!!, this is second property but very unprofessional, they delayed the sale is they did not check the name of the seller from the start and charged me extra for expedite completion within 8 days , it took 2.5 months almost and both NO CHAIN :("
