I called this morning to request services for verified documents and informed Darton Law accordingly that there was a covering letter from our solicitor that needed to be completed, we were informed that was a service offered and asked to call back 30 minutes before we wished to attend their offices, when calling back we were then informed that they would not complete the form as discussed earlier in the day, the lady on the telephone was very rude and belittling and due to incorrect information they have wasted half of our day when we have an urgent matter that needs tending to. If you cant trust this company with a simple task such as verified documents they you surely cannot trust them with any legal issues of a more serious matter."
