"I've always found the people here to be most helpful, but today they excelled themselves. I had a piece of tooth drop off over the weekend, I called first thing and explained that I had to fly to France on Friday for my daughter's wedding and asked if at least a temporary filling could be made. I was asked if I could make it for 10am, I said yes, by 10:15 I was walking out with a permanent filling having been made. Thanks to all at the surgery, Wallace (my dentist) and the always helpful receptionists."

"This is not the place to go if you have a genuine fear of needles. The nurse was excellent (and one of the receptionists) but the dentist should find another career because empathy and compassion are not emotions he possesses.... at all. I’ve had an extraction before, it wasn’t pleasant obviously and apart from the discomfort of the pressure, there was no pain. This time, the pain was excruciating and I’m in far more pain now than when I went in. If I wasn’t in so much pain, I would have waited for an appointment at the Promenade. The young lady dentist there was incredible"
