"Do not go here! The dentist dropped the needle in my mouth, didn’t apolgise for it. Told me I needed a filling, I didn’t go through with the treatment because of the needle incident. Went to another dentist to find out I didn’t need a filling at all, worrying that the dentist here was going to charge me over £90 to have a filling I didn’t need! Dropping needles in someone’s mouth is a no go"
"I phoned here on a Friday morning in pain. No appointments until following Thursday. Lovely reception staff told me not to worry they would phone if any cancellations. I got a phonecall with 10 mins with an appointment later that day. Saw dentist who found problem and did procedure straight away. I feel very lucky to get this service."
"I'm not the most avid dentist goer but I went to this dentist about 3 years ago and although they did an adequate job I found the dentist extremely rude. I understand my teeth weren't in the best way- I needed 3 fillings and plaque removal (but I hadn't been for 8 years prior), I told her I was nervous and instead of being polite and making some attempt to be reassuring, she ended up having a go at me for various things including drinking too many fizzy drinks- I told her I don't actually really like fizzy drinks and she said that I must because of the state of my teeth. I didn't want to argue but if the state was so bad it would've been nice to have known the true culprit. Anyway, I didn't fancy going back because she seemed like a bully when I was a customer really. Then there was the pandemic, and when it was over my partner (who doesn't think much of her either) rang to book an appointment and was told that we had both been taken off the books because we hadn't been in 18 months- totally ridiculous as they were closed for about that time so we couldn't of gone anyway! So now I'm here searching for a new dental practice on the horizon of what feels like a potential wisdom tooth infection, but feeling more nervous about going to one than I did before thanks to that Ray of sunshine."
