"I had a very serious and complicated legal problem to solve. I contacted Kobalt's and my initial communication was with Marilyn. She was wonderfully reassuring and communicative and signposted me to Mr Stefano Lucatello. Because of the urgency of my case he made time to see me at very short notice to sign the necessary documents.
