"Awful Receptionist. Called up because I wanted a consultation with Paul Salinger, as he was recommended to me. Instead the receptionist wouldn't transfer me, she told me information I know to be false, kept interrupting me and I asked her to give me her name over 10 times but to no avail. AVOID!!! Not worth testing your patience because the receptionist "doesn't want to bother Mr Salinger" with your query!!!!"
"I should have heeded the other reviews. Called on day one for an appointment and was requested to e-mail the document. I explained my deadline - three days hence - and was promised a response ‘in an hour’ at 11 am. By 2 pm I had no response, so I called again and again was promised a response (at that point I confirmed my email and attached document had been received). No response (still no response and over a week has gone by). Lesson: read Google reviews and pay heed. See my review for Nathalie Lee-Kong in Fulham - immediate appointment and in and out in minutes. Charged £60 as opposed to £100 quoted by this firm."
