"UPDATED REVIEW. I previously left a review following a poor experience, where I turned up to my MOT booking and the garage was closed without notice. Following my review, I received a telephone call apologising for their lack of communication and an explanation as to what went wrong. They were able to book my car back in promptly and took care of my MOT for me. I could see they were extremely busy on arrival and Dean went above and beyond to ensure my car was sorted quickly. Their apology and ownership has rectified the situation and it’s only fair to reflect this in my review."
