"Nice garage and friendly service. Had my mot done here a few times now . Reasonable price and no hidden expenses £49 . Found other garages like kwik fit and Halfords see a woman coming, rub their hands together and charge you for jobs that don't need doing. So would highly recommend this garage,especially for the ladies who are worried about being taken for a ride. Thanks guys keep up the good work"

"It was my second visit to wellington service station. I booked my car in here for some work to be done after having the MOT done elsewhere and it having a few minors. I cannot fault the service I have recieved from Wellington service station. It turned out the minors on my MOT didn't need sorting at all as there was nothing wrong with the car to begin with. The only work that needed doing was one tyre change which I had noticed the day before and asked them to check that morning. I was charged a fair price, everything was explained to me in detail and I apprechiate not being charged for things that didn't need doing. Thank you for such great service."

"Up until this year's MOT I've had no complaints, they've been fair and reasonable. This year I've been for a diagnostic which I was told would be no problem, but their software wasn't good enough so the told me their auto electrician would call me. 2 weeks later and much chasing, no answer or recall so I went somewhere else. MOT 6 weeks later, for 2 cars and although the work was booked for early morning, communication was late in the day and by text message, too late to arrange repairs or collection so both cars were off the road longer then needed. The communication has definitely gone downhill in quality and timeliness since the lady stopped being the office contact."
