"My father sent in his van to be investigated and quoted what it would cost to fix his work van. He sent it in in December and has only been contacted by them as of July 2021. They then told him his van was with another company and he would have to pay storage in excess of 5,000£. They have stolen the van and sold it on, they also contacted him stating if he didn't pay the full amount upfront They would crush the van. They have sold it on and a case is being prepared against them. They are the worst company ever and will be investigated by the ombudsman Liam Ruthland threatening to come to my house and cause damage for the fees not being paid even though we had offered to pay a monthly fee. We have tried several times to get the van back and even offered to pay a monthly fee and they have just continued with the threats and abusive phone calls from private numbers, ie breaking gdpr by giving details to other people to threaten us. We will see you in court Liam. They also contacted the finance company before me, the lawyer involved has afermed this is nothing but a scam. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They are nothing but a scam claiming they have contacted you and you have not confirmed etc. FOR YOUR OWN GOOD STAY WELL ENOUGH AWAY. Any replies will be taken as further aggression by the company and a criminal case will be taken. You can report my reveiwes all you like currently working with local newspapers too you will be held accountable for your actions Liam."
