"I did the MOT and the service, for which I paid 227.80pounds. A few days later(first ride), a notification about low coolant level popped up. There was no sign of any leak. After reporting it to the garage, I received advice "to add water myself"! There was not even a simple "sorry"!I was told it was impossible for them to forget to add coolant during the service and that there must be a leak somewhere. I had to ask several times to top-up the coolant! Finally, the person I spoke to added the fluid, which he did incorrectly, above the Max level( I had to correct it myself). This problem was easy to spot, and I'm curious about what else has not yet been done that I haven't been able to notice. A few months later, the coolant level is still the same as after the top-up. It was my last visit to this garage"
