"The auto system they have doesn't work as it never recognises where you want to go. Have to keep trying till you get a person. Then they are unhelpful and you seem to be bothering them. My family have used this taxi companyfor a million years, but it seems to have all changed and is just too difficult and unfriendly to use. I go to another company now and they are fine."
