"Received text to say taxi outside.... saw the taxi approach.... taxi spins round and leaves without picking me up.... i called to find out why..... got told the taxi was diverted to another hire in cimbernauld. 40 minute wait in total before i was eventually picked up. Very poor service. EDIT: wasn't a text... it was automated incoming call "your car is outside""

"Booked a taxi 2 days prior to New Year’s Eve for 6, including 4 kids, told it would be near to 1am but couldn’t provide a time. I understood that as it was New Year’s Eve. 3:30 am and the taxi still hadn’t arrived, with constant excuses from the operator. Eventually went with another company who arrived within 30 minutes. Absolute shambles and I will never use this company again!!"

"Absolutely shocking!! Phoned and booked a taxi for 2:30am which did not showed up. Then were rudely spoke to on the telephone and told that they were not allowed to take bookings despite having booked one for us 2 hours previous!! Left stranded in the cold darkness. Disgusted!"
