"Companies like this are why Uber exists - for your own sake, find an alternative. Made an advance booking for a cab to take me to the airport at 4:30am, with ample warning given. No taxi arrived, and when I called to check up I was told they were just arranging it. 10mins later and they still hadn't found one. I now find myself having to wake my in-laws up at almost 5am to take me to the airport so I don't miss my flight. Unprofessional, disorganised, clumsy and lazy; will not be using again."

"Ordered a taxi to the bus station and emailed them directly about it as the pick up address was a new build and therefore not on their system. They confirmed that was fine, and thought I was good to go. Unfortunately they hadn't conveyed to the driver at all where it was and he couldn't find it in his system. There was also a language barrier when I called to ask where the taxi was, so ultimately had to call the dispatechers. Eventually managed to agree to meet at a local supermarket for pickup, meaning I was picked up some 30minutes later than the time arranged. The result was I missed my bus. I contacted the company directly to complain, and 2 weeks later have not yet received a reply. Wouldn't recommend as I gave them all the relevant info ahead of time. Poor customer service and a waste of bot my and the drivers time due to the office's poor communication."

"This is the third or fouth time I've tried this cab company but never again (kept giving them the benefit of the doubt). Today I booked a pick up from Glasgow Airport. I spoke to the operator to confirm the flight number and that I had no baggage to collect. We agreed a pick up time and location, they said they'd monitor the flight and when I got off the aircraft I had a message with my driver's details. Great I thought. Having waited 10 mins I phoned them to asked where my driver was. They said they'd tried to call me (no missed calls) as they don't release the driver until they speak to the passenger (no mention of that earlier). They said he was in the area and would be with me shortly. I said I'd wait another 5 - 10 mins (20 mins in total) otherwise I'd have to get a city cab. I phoned them back after another 10 mins and they said they'd cancelled the job because they couldn't cover it. So what happened to the driver who was allocated and was in the area? And where was the courtesy call to apologise and tell me they couldn't get a car to me after all. Absolutely appalling service! Never again!"

"Great taxi service if you are around Linwood area as I was unable to get Uber. Used twice with no problems and each time I couldnt get Uber. Booking service is not the best and not easy to get hold of due to silly automated system. Friendly drivers especially Ian (B29) who was super professional and helped us with eating places in Glasgow"

"Booked through the app, three hours prior to our required time. When the cab didn’t arrive, we called the office to be told they didn’t have a car available. Keeping in mind that we were travelling to the airport to catch a flight , we told them to cancel the order. The operator had a ‘couldn’t care less attitude’ and didn’t seem to think a call to advise us would have been appropriate. A family member came to the rescue but Renfrewshire Cabs still sent a cab 30 minutes after it was due and had since been cancelled. I’d suggest a customer service course for the operator and an apology to the driver they did send - who didn’t get a fare. I’m ashamed to say this is my local cab company."
