"This company are normally a great service. I had to cancel the taxi today due to running late and not being able to get to my work on time. I called to cancel it and the lady over the phone was very abrupt telling me they had lots of bookings and she said to give my name in a rude manner raising her voice. I appreciate it is a very busy period, but I don't think there is any call for being spoken to in that way. Feeling disappointed. I don't think I will be using this company again."
